Refund Policy

At ChargedH20, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, please review our refund and return policies below.


Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging.

Certain items, such as gift cards or discounted products, are non-returnable.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • If rejected, we will provide you with the reason and return your item to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment method again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing delays may occur.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@chargedh20.com


Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted. For faulty or defective products, we will cover the shipping costs.
